Meeting to discuss the future of Moore Park

The Centennial Parklands Foundation has been notified of a public meeting being held at Paddington Town Hall to discuss the future of Moore Park and the proposed transfer of the land to the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust.

Speakers on the evening will be Lord Mayor Clover Moore, the Hon Neville Wran AC QC, the Hon Malcolm Turnbull MP and John Walker, Chairman of the Centennial Park and Moore Park Trust.

  • Venue: Paddington Town Hall, cnr Oatley Road and Oxford St, Paddington

The Centennial Parklands Foundation has been established to ensure the Centennial Parklands (which includes Centennial Park, Queens Park and Moore Park) environment continues to be enjoyed now and by future generations. It is a charitable not-for-profit organisation which helps to fund environmental and educational projects across the Parklands.

The Foundation believes that this is an important issue and encourages the community to attend.
