Plant a tree and prune your tax

Posted: 16 June 2010

The Centennial Parklands Foundation would like to invite you to plant a tree in Centennial Parklands on Sunday 1 August 2010. With your donations, a selection of native trees can be planted near the Belvedere Amphitheatre, Centennial Park, including Water gums, Paperbarks, and Eucalypts.

A tax deductible donation of $1,000 will enable you to dedicate a new tree and watch it grow. Gather with family and friends to help preserve your Parklands, celebrate an occasion, or commemorate someone special.  A photographer will be on hand to capture the moment and light refreshments will be served.

To secure your tree, please complete the Family Tree Day 2010 Registration Form (PDF, 250kb) and return to the Centennial Parklands Foundation. We will be in contact on receipt of your registration to confirm details and we hope that you will be able to join us for a wonderful event.

Use our trees to prune your tax

You can also consider a donation to the Centennial Parklands Foundation to support our work throughout Centennial Parklands, comprising Moore Park, Centennial Park and Queens Park.  This option is also available on the attached form.  All donations over $2 are tax deductible.

Thank you for your continued support of the Centennial Parklands Foundation.
