Foundation Chair, Sarah Whyte led 40 students from Sydney Girls High School, Parklands volunteers and Community Consultative Committee representatives, who assisted with collections in support of the Foundation on Car Free Day, Sunday 30 August.
The students are a credit to their School and helped raised almost $1,500 on the day which will fund environmental and educational projects in Centennial Parklands.
A big thank you to the Park visitors who gave their spare change on the day.
